On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, and official correspondence
- Supports the execution, certification, apostille, and legalization of documents
- Assists in liaising with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver, preparing HE forms and other required documentation
- Submits corporate forms through government portals, such as Ariadni and the Registrar of Companies
- Helps manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains accurate records
- Supports the preparation of corporate documentation for bank compliance departments
- Liaises with local authorities, banks, and service providers under supervision
- Maintains organized hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Assists with general office tasks, including inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Performs other ad‑hoc legal and administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Law or equivalent legal qualification
- Up to 3 years of experience in a corporate law or legal support role
- Knowledge of the Cyprus corporate procedures
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, responsible, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
