Junior Corporate Lawyer

On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, and official correspondence
  • Supports the execution, certification, apostille, and legalization of documents
  • Assists in liaising with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver, preparing HE forms and other required documentation
  • Submits corporate forms through government portals, such as Ariadni and the Registrar of Companies
  • Helps manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains accurate records
  • Supports the preparation of corporate documentation for bank compliance departments
  • Liaises with local authorities, banks, and service providers under supervision
  • Maintains organized hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Assists with general office tasks, including inventory management and procurement of supplies
  • Performs other ad‑hoc legal and administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Law or equivalent legal qualification
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a corporate law or legal support role
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus corporate procedures
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
