Junior IT Support Technician

On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports all video conferencing and audio conferencing room systems and other related equipment. 
• Troubleshoots systems,  microphones, cameras, PC’s and laptops. 
•  Setups technology software  and configuration of systems
• Troubleshoots and maintains printers provisions for staff 
• Provides on-site warranty evaluation and repairs on institution owned equipment. 
•  Performs system maintenance and updates as appropriate. 
•  Provides staff with technology support, which includes troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use, and the installation of software. 
• Images/reimages computers and install updates and software.
• Advises staff on best practices, institutional policies, and process improvement.
• Develops and nurture relationships with staff to encourage technology use.
• Performs system maintenance and updates as appropriate.

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in a computer related field
• Knowledge of Windows Operation Systems 
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem solving and maintaining an organized work area
• Ability to multitask 
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
