Key Account Manager

On behalf of our Client, a leading maritime satellite communications and technologies provider, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forms and cultivates excellent relationship with the Client, comprehending their business aspirations, preferences, and challenges. 
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and establishes a foundation of trust by providing top-tier service.
  • Formulates and executes personalized strategies for the Client, collaborating closely with internal teams to align the company’s offerings precisely with the Client’s needs. 
  • Undertakes assessments to comprehend the Client’s specific needs.
  • Foresees their future requirements and proposes solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Maintains communication with the Client through diverse channels, such as calls, emails, meetings, and presentations and keeps them updated about the company’s latest developments, offerings, and industry trends.
  • Address and resolves issues, upholding a smooth customer experience.
  • Discerns opportunities to introduce and present products and services to the Client.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to drive revenue amplification.
  • Channels feedback to product and service units to refine the company’s offerings and ensures their alignment with the distinct requisites of the Client.
  • Supervises contract renewals and negotiations specifically with the Client. 
  • Assures that renewals transpire promptly, and that terms and conditions align cohesively with both parties’ expectations.
  • Keeps precise records of interactions, account particulars, and customer feedback within our CRM system. 
  • Generates regular reports detailing account performance, satisfaction levels, and revenues forecasts.
  • Coordinates and delivers training sessions or workshops designed to empower the Client in maximizing their utilization of our products and services.
  • Stays attuned to industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies and provides insightful recommendations.
  • Organizes and engages in events, webinars, and networking initiatives exclusively designed for the Client, amplifying relationship ties and fostering a strong sense of community.

Main Requirements 

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a key account manager
  • Experienced in sales, customer service, and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Strong Quantitative, Qualitative analytics experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
