Marketing Administrator

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Marketing Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Updates the administration part of websites; daily updates of websites based on data and information provided by various departments of the Company
  • Sets up emails to various target audiences through the Company email software
  • Ensures that all updates are in place and presented correctly through websites/other platforms
  • Acts proactively based on Marketing Project Manager’s guidelines for necessary updates on various channels
  • Undertakes notifications to clients and necessary Configurations
  • Liaises with translators when necessary

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology
  • IT background will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with CMS/CRM Systems
  • Experience with Email Platforms (e.g SendGrid /HubSpot)
  • Fluency in the English language. Any other language will be considered a strong plus
  • Computer and MS Office literate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and desire to provide outstanding results
  • Willingness to learn, operate and adapt in a hand fast-paced paced environment
  • Capability to work with strict deadlines and multi-tasking
