On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Marketing Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Updates the administration part of websites; daily updates of websites based on data and information provided by various departments of the Company
- Sets up emails to various target audiences through the Company email software
- Ensures that all updates are in place and presented correctly through websites/other platforms
- Acts proactively based on Marketing Project Manager’s guidelines for necessary updates on various channels
- Undertakes notifications to clients and necessary Configurations
- Liaises with translators when necessary
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- IT background will be considered as an advantage
- Experience with CMS/CRM Systems
- Experience with Email Platforms (e.g SendGrid /HubSpot)
- Fluency in the English language. Any other language will be considered a strong plus
- Computer and MS Office literate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and desire to provide outstanding results
- Willingness to learn, operate and adapt in a hand fast-paced paced environment
- Capability to work with strict deadlines and multi-tasking
