On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and manages project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative services, content creators, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitors project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Defines project scope, goals, and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Manages project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conducts research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, providing valuable input for project planning and decision-making.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs, review marketing materials, and provide guidance on brand consistency and messaging.
- Ensures effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluates project outcomes, measure performance against key metrics, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stays updated with industry developments, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Management.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or trading industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (Jira / Monday.com) to track progress, manage resources, and analyze data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive them to successful completion
