On behalf of our client, a leading security company, we are looking for a System Security Assistant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors, detects, investigates and acknowledges the alarms received in the monitoring system.
- Monitors the correct flow of information in the system and informs the relevant persons.
- Keeps electronic records.
- Manages the call center.
- Maintains an Immediate and efficient response to all issues throughout the shift.
Job Requirements
- Computer literacy.
- Good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
- Confidentiality and reliability.
- Holder of a clear criminal record.
