Office Administrative Assistant

On behalf of our client, a reputable construction contractors company, we are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team at their premises in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to management and site teams, including managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handles incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintains well-organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and takes meeting minutes when required
  • Monitors office supplies and reorders stock to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assists in preparing documentation such as project reports, memos, contracts, and presentations
  • Supports the other departments with basic administrative tasks
  • Greets and assists visitors and ensures a welcoming office environment
  • Ensures compliance with office procedures, health and safety policies, and internal company standards
  • Undertakes any other administrative tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field will be considered an advantage
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position would be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
