On behalf of our client, a reputable construction contractors company, we are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team at their premises in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to management and site teams, including managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handles incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Maintains well-organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and takes meeting minutes when required
- Monitors office supplies and reorders stock to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assists in preparing documentation such as project reports, memos, contracts, and presentations
- Supports the other departments with basic administrative tasks
- Greets and assists visitors and ensures a welcoming office environment
- Ensures compliance with office procedures, health and safety policies, and internal company standards
- Undertakes any other administrative tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field will be considered an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position would be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
