On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranges and coordinates tasks to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the company’s policies
- Arranges and manages the daily timetable of the management
- Manages, handles, and responds to all incoming calls and mail
- Performs accounting duties
- Creates and updates files and database with personnel and financial data
- Responsible for the filing system and writing any company letters requested by the management
- Ensures, maintains, and counts the stock of the office supplies
- Orders office supplies when there is shortage
- Prepares and submits presentations/proposals as requested by the management
- Performs any other related duties that are requested by the management
Job Requirements
- High School Apolyterion
- Degree in a related field such as Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with basic accounting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team
