Office Administrator

On behalf of our Client, a leading Investment Firm and Payment Institution, we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person 
  • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls
  • Maintains the reception area and the conference rooms clean and tidy
  • Receives and sorts daily mail and organizes outgoing parcel
  • Orders office supplies and keeps inventory of stock
  • Updates calendars and schedules meetings
  • Organizes travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Provides assistance to other departments with administration duties

Job Requirements

  • Computer literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent in Greek and English language.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
