Office Administrator

On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arranges and coordinates tasks to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the company’s policies
  • Arranges and manages the daily timetable of the management
  • Manages, handles, and responds to all incoming calls and mail
  • Performs accounting duties
  • Creates and updates files and database with personnel and financial data
  • Responsible for the filing system and writing any company letters requested by the management  
  • Ensures, maintains, and counts the stock of the office supplies
  • Orders office supplies when there is shortage
  • Prepares and submits presentations/proposals as requested by the management 
  • Performs any other related duties that are requested by the management

Job Requirements

  • High School Apolyterion
  • Degree in a related field such as Business Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work in a team
