On behalf of our client, a medical supplier, we are looking for an Office Manager, to be based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the warehouse and overseeing the process of clearing goods from customs, including transportation to various locations.
- Responding to leads generated from campaigns and advertising.
- Preparing product packages for delivery based on orders.
- Assisting the sales representative in the office with any required tasks.
Job Requirements
- In-depth experience and understanding of import processes, including customs and logistics.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in various customer management software (CRM).
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- High level of self-management and discipline.
- Proactive and ability to handle tasks independently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
