Office Manager (Part-Time)

On behalf of our client, a medical supplier, we are looking for an Office Manager, to be based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Managing the warehouse and overseeing the process of clearing goods from customs, including transportation to various locations. 
  • Responding to leads generated from campaigns and advertising.
  • Preparing product packages for delivery based on orders.
  • Assisting the sales representative in the office with any required tasks.

Job Requirements 

  • In-depth experience and understanding of import processes, including customs and logistics. 
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in various customer management software (CRM).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
  • High level of self-management and discipline.
  • Proactive and ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
