Office Administrator

On behalf of our client, a specialized IT-consulting firm, we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily office operations, including supplies, filing, and correspondence
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handles incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email)
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintains office documentation and ensure proper filing systems are in place
  • Provides administrative support to executives and employees as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Greek
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
