On behalf of our client, a specialized IT-consulting firm, we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages daily office operations, including supplies, filing, and correspondence
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handles incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email)
- Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintains office documentation and ensure proper filing systems are in place
- Provides administrative support to executives and employees as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Greek
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
