On behalf of our client, a leading investment firm and payment institution, we are looking for a Payments Officer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing of Payments through SWIFT, SEPA and other routes
- Responsible for the reconciliations, processing, and monitoring of transactions
- Coordinates with the various departments within the Company
- Communicates with Credit and Financial Institutions for the monitoring of transfers and balances
- Performs any related work as assigned
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Excel
- Previous relevant experience (2-3 years) in a Banking/ Payment Institution/ EMI would be considered as an advantage
- Willing to learn and eager to work under pressure
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
