Personal Assistant to the Management

On behalf of our client, an innovative law firm, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Management to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive administrative, operational and organizational support to Management across the Firm’s activities
  • Drafts, reviews and monitors internal procedures and ensures compliance with organizational and operational requirements
  • Organizes and maintains corporate records, manuals, management documentation and meeting materials
  • Coordinates meetings, conferences and internal presentations and ensures proper record‑keeping and reporting
  • Assists Management with applications related to licenses, grants, funding and similar matters and prepares relevant reports
  • Monitors and ensures the smooth operation of the Firm’s systems, infrastructure, equipment and software
  • Coordinates with external partners for maintenance, repairs and contract renewals and manages inventory and office supplies
  • Manages HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, employment documentation and leave tracking
  • Supports recruitment, training, employee development initiatives and organizes engagement programs and Firm events
  • Oversees marketing and promotional activities, including social media, website management, exhibitions and reception support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of post‑qualification proven work experience as a PA 
  • Computer literate including MS, PowerPoint etc.
  • Fluent written and oral knowledge of Greek and English
  • Experience in marketing, including social media management, Google Ads (Search and Display), Google Analytics, SEO and SEM techniques, will be considered a strong advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in basic accounting and human resource practices will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
