Polish Speaker Corporate Administrator

On behalf of our client, an international company which provides a wide range of fiduciary services, we are looking for a Polish Speaker Corporate Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assists with the administration of the portfolio of companies 
  • Assists in the preparation of legal documents 
  • Liaises with clients, institutions, and stakeholders
  • Liaised with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed
  • Performs any general administrative duties 

Job Requirements 

  • University degree will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience or background in corporate services, or business administration will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of  English and Polish language (written and spoken)
  • Other languages (Russian) will be an advantage
  • Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills
