Polish Speaker Corporate Administrator
On behalf of our client, an international company which provides a wide range of fiduciary services, we are looking for a Polish Speaker Corporate Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with the administration of the portfolio of companies
- Assists in the preparation of legal documents
- Liaises with clients, institutions, and stakeholders
- Liaised with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed
- Performs any general administrative duties
Job Requirements
- University degree will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience or background in corporate services, or business administration will be considered an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of English and Polish language (written and spoken)
- Other languages (Russian) will be an advantage
- Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills
