Project Management Specialist ( Junior – Mid Level )

On behalf of our client, a specialized IT-consulting firm, we are looking for a Project Management Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Project Manager in planning and monitoring IoT and other Municipal and Government projects.
  • Drafts, structure, and quality-review deliverables including implementation approaches for digital platforms , advisory reports on regulatory frameworks , standard operations procedures , report and appendices for IoT and Smart City Integration. 
  • Coordinates Proof of Concept (PoC) pilot implementations.
  • Monitors progress, ensure timely submission of deliverables, and support risk and issue tracking.
  • Prepares documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Supports proposal writing for future tenders.
  • Collaborates with software development teams to align project goals, timelines, and technical deliverables; ensure requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and tested across agile sprints or milestone phases.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, smart cities, interoperability frameworks, or IoT solutions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of project frameworks or experience with tender-based projects.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is an advantage.
  • Experience with public sector clients and stakeholder engagement.
