Property Management Analyst

On behalf of our client, an established group of companies in real estate advisory and asset management, we are looking for a Property Management Analyst to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts inspection of properties from beginning to end
  • Identifies and reports any possible issues relating to inspected assets (damage identification, tenancy issues, illegalities relating to the construction of the asset)
  • Delivers letters to parties relating to assets under management
  • Prepares and maintains weekly/monthly reports to clients and the company
  • Liaises with local authorities for the collection of relevant documentation
  • Monitors and executes payments of utility bills for communal areas (EAC, Water, etc.) as well as any other relevant payments that ensure the smooth operation and compliance of the property
  • Monitors the status of pending applications such as those at the land registry department, town halls, district administrations, and town planning authorities
  • Requests quotations from contractors
  • Ensures that the assigned project is completed within the desired quality, timeframe, and budget
  • Performs regular quality control inspections and keeps updated records of maintenance and repair expenses
  • Investigates and resolves tenant complaints, enforces rules of occupancy, inspects vacant units.
  • Communicates with tenants of occupied assets and represents the client in tenancy-related meetings
  • Performs any other relevant duty as requested by Management

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering, Property Management, Real Estate, Architecture or any other relevant discipline
  • At least two years of experience in the field of Property management or other related fields
  • Good understanding of real estate terms and concepts
  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to the highest quality of work
