On behalf of our client, an investment firm specializing in asset management, we are looking for a PSP Reconciliation & Onboarding Officer to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Head of Payments with daily administrative tasks
- Reconciles data in the accounting system daily
- Acquires data from CRM, Bank/PSP/LP statements, and prepares reports for the reconciliation system
- Produces daily client journals for reconciliation system
- Identifies and resolves discrepancies on time
- Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports on client funds and balances
- Adheres to corporate standards for reconciliation activities
- Liaises with other departments and PSPs to investigate discrepancies
- Assists with onboarding new payment providers
- Assists in completing application procedures forms and KYC/KYB exchange with PSPs/Banks
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance Accounting or LLCI
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Computer proficiency and task management tools
- Organized and detailed focus
- Forex knowledge is a plus
- Prior similar experience is a big plus
