Publications Content Writer

On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for a Publications Content Writer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates, optimizes, and updates website content, ensuring clarity and consistency while enhancing search engine rankings and visibility
  • Regularly updates company brochures across all practice areas, reflecting the firm’s latest achievements, case studies, and areas of expertise
  • Reviews and edits articles, interviews, reports, and other written content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s standards
  • Assists in the preparation and refinement of submissions for directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers, highlighting the firm’s key strengths and accomplishments
  • Maintains a consistent tone, style, and quality across all publications, reinforcing the firm’s professional image
  • Works closely with writers, partners, and associates to identify key legal topics and industry trends, ensuring relevant and timely content
  • Provides constructive feedback to writers and coordinates revisions to meet editorial standards
  • Regularly reviews and updates the firm’s profile across various publisher and rating sites to ensure accuracy and alignment with the firm’s reputation
  • Manages relationships with external publishers, including Lexology, Mondaq, Chambers, and Legal 500, ensuring effective communication and timely submissions
  • Uses analytics tools to track publication performance, leveraging data to inform future content strategies and improve engagement

Job Requirements

  • A degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial industry,  legal, corporate, or professional publications, with a focus on editing and content management
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization strategies will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders, including partners and external publishers
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
