QA Engineer

QA Engineer

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a QA Engineer to be based at their offices in Athens, Greece.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Understands business requirements, features, and technical implementation
• Enhances software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
• Executes test cases and reports testing status to project teams
• Tracks issues and drives resolutions throughout the testing process
• Works closely with the development team to analyze and resolve conditions
• Posts production deployment validations
• Implements automated test scenarios

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
• Knowledge of QA methodologies
• Practical experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium or similar would be considered as an advantage
• Practical software development experience in any programming language will be a strong plus
• Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
