On behalf of our client, an established group of companies in real estate advisory and asset management, we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on a diverse range of valuations, valuation reviews, and due diligence projects across multiple sectors
- Supports portfolio reviews and portfolio underwriting activities for both private and institutional clients
- Assists in preparing advisory reports such as business plans, feasibility studies, and market analysis
- Generates in-depth analytics reports for key real estate sub-sectors, including hospitality, residential, and commercial properties
- Evaluates and underwrites investment opportunities, providing clients with data-driven recommendations to maximize returns
- Contributes to asset monetization strategies, providing critical insights for decision-making
- Participates in technical discussions on ongoing projects, offering your expertise and support
- Assists with office organization and administrative tasks as part of your commitment to the team’s success
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate analysis or a similar role will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis
- Strong business acumen and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to the highest quality of work
