Real Estate Legal Administrator

On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Real Estate Legal Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains records when required
  • Coordinates with the company messenger regarding external tasks for the department
  • Prepares and distributes emails, letters, forms and other documentation
  • Photocopies, scans, and files documents as necessary
  • Maintains the department’s electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Assists with the preparation, administration and execution of various forms & agreements including:

– Completion of Tax Forms, Land Registry forms and VAT forms,

– Drafting of Reservation Agreements,

– Coordinating signing procedures,

– Managing submissions to the Tax Department, Land Registry, and Banks (waivers, etc.).

  • Prepares and submits VAT applications
  • Prepares documentation related to apartment delivery processes
  • Performs transfers of utility bills and title deeds
  • Monitors and updates the progress of permits
  • Maintains accurate project files and ensures adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and implements them appropriately
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a diploma in Secretarial, Paralegal or other related studies
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in real estate or legal administration will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, reliable, and highly organized
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
