On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Receptionist (Part-time) to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is part of the Front Desk team and performs ongoing front desk duties
- Greets and welcomes guests/tenants as they arrive
- Acts as the point of reference for tenants/owners who need assistance or information
- Makes and confirms reservations for guests in person, by telephone, or online
- Ensures proper room allocation, verifies credit card details, and processes payments
- Provides an optimal level of service and hospitality to guests
- Delivers apartment keys and guides guests to their rooms
- Communicates effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and property administration teams to resolve guest issues or complaints
- Notifies housekeeping when rooms are vacant and ready for cleaning
- Completes and maintains incident reports, daily activity reports, and other reports requested by management
- Responds to guests’ needs and requests, and resolves issues, complaints, or problems efficiently
- Has a clear understanding of the Rental Scheme and the apartments involved
- Works closely with the STAYS team, especially the Reservation Team, and handles reservation requests, special events, and more
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Qualification in Office Administration/Hospitality Management
- Experience in a similar position for 2-3 years
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems(visa)
- Outstanding customer services skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
