Reconciliations Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Reconciliations Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reconciles data in the accounting system (Reconciles banks/PSPs balances with their statement and client balances with platform balances) daily 
  • Follows up and resolves tasks with other departments in the company 
  • Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings 
  • Performs research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies 
  • Prepares various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances 
  • Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings 
  • Liaises with other departments to investigate discrepancies 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
  • Outstanding ability to identify errors
  • Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Team player and Trustworthiness
  • Able to adjust easily to any new product and payment method onboarded by the company
