On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Reconciliation Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconciles data in the accounting system (Reconcile banks/PSPs Balances with their statement and client balances with platform balances) daily
- Follows up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
- Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
- Performs research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies
- Prepares various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances
- Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
- Liaises with other departments to investigate discrepancies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar position within the industry
- Outstanding ability to identify errors
- Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi – task and prioritize
- Fluency in English language
- Team player and Trustworthiness
- Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
