Reconciliations Officer
On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Reconciliations Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciles data in the accounting system (Reconciles banks/PSPs balances with their statement and client balances with platform balances) daily
- Follows up and resolves tasks with other departments in the company
- Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
- Performs research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies
- Prepares various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances
- Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
- Liaises with other departments to investigate discrepancies
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
- Outstanding ability to identify errors
- Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Fluency in the English language
- Team player and Trustworthiness
- Able to adjust easily to any new product and payment method onboarded by the company
