Reconciliation Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Reconciliation Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles data in the accounting system (Reconcile banks/PSPs Balances with their statement and client balances with platform balances) daily
  • Follows up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
  • Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
  • Performs research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies
  • Prepares various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances
  • Assists in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
  • Liaises with other departments to investigate discrepancies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the industry
  • Outstanding ability to identify errors
  • Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize
  • Fluency in English language
  • Team player and Trustworthiness
  • Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
