On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Recruiter to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attracting potential candidates through databases, headhunting, social media etc.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Be in contact with the recruitment agencies
• Manages the overall recruitment and selection process
• Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Stays up to date with training needs and monitors training programs
• Provides recruitment reports to team managers
• Any other task that might be requested by the Management

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter will be considered an advantage
• Forex/Fintech industry experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Excellent communication and time management skills
