Retention Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Retention Officer to be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements effective customer retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively engages with existing clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Monitors and analyzes client trading activities to identify potential issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborates with other departments to address client concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provides clients with information on market trends, trading strategies, and new product offerings to enhance their trading experience.
  • Conducts regular feedback sessions to understand client needs and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Executes targeted retention campaigns and promotions to encourage trading activity and client loyalty.
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a business-related field or any other field.
  • At least 1-year previous experience as a Retention Officer or in a similar position.
  • Fluency in Thai and English.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and innovative.
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
