On behalf of our client, a leading retail company in the technology industry, we are looking for Sales Consultant (part-time/full-time) to be based at their shops in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the sales of products and services
- Provides excellent customer service
- Supports and develops the company’s clientele
- Informs the clients and promotes the company’s offers
- Arranges, prepares and cleans the sales area
- Handles customer issues such as complaints, changes and returns
- Presents and provides description of products and services
- Handles telephone customer service for reservations, orders, shipments
- Puts all the devices of the sales display area into operation
- Communicates and cooperates with the other commercial and back office sections of the store
- Monitors the development of new products and services
Main Requirements
- University degree or diploma in any relevant field will be considered an advantage
- Experience in a sales position (1-3 years)
- Experience in the sales field – culture department (toys, games, books)
- Experience with SAP Software
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Package)
- Very good command of the English language
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays (rotation)
