On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a Sales Executive, to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports close associates and partners with property information from our projects
- Provides associates with sales and marketing material for all residential projects
- Conducts site tours and makes presentations for all projects with associates and partners
- Provides customers of associates and partners with sales and marketing material and project inspections
- Profiles all associate and partner customers with requirements and identifies suitable projects to present
- Handles negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the company
- Answers any questions relating to construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as details involving and comprising the project
- Is responsible for agreed inspection viewings and follows up with all associates and partners
- Diligently follows the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and inspection/presentation and viewings
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting business partner and associate relationships
- Inputs and updates business partner relationship information onto the CRM
- Stays informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered advantageous
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or a related field
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Greek and English
