Sales Executive

On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a Sales Executive, to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports close associates and partners with property information from our projects
  • Provides associates with sales and marketing material for all residential projects
  • Conducts site tours and makes presentations for all projects with associates and partners
  • Provides customers of associates and partners with sales and marketing material and project inspections
  • Profiles all associate and partner customers with requirements and identifies suitable projects to present
  • Handles negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the company
  • Answers any questions relating to construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as details involving and comprising the project
  • Is responsible for agreed inspection viewings and follows up with all associates and partners
  • Diligently follows the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and inspection/presentation and viewings
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting business partner and associate relationships
  • Inputs and updates business partner relationship information onto the CRM
  • Stays informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered advantageous
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
