On behalf of our client, a leading firm of accountants and management consultants, we are looking for a Secretary to be based in their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Manager/Senior staff/Department
  • Answers/ transfers phone calls, takes messages and informs appropriately
  • Provides basic and accurate information in-person and/or via phone/email
  • Manages correspondence
  • Liaises with clients/associates as needed
  • Arranges appointments, organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, prepare reports
  • Arranges travel, itinerary and accommodation 
  • Manages/updates databases
  • Types and drafts documents and reports
  • Assists the office in any other administrative work on a daily basis as requested and report back

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial studies, Office administration or other related field
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both verbal and written)
  • Computer literate/Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance, pleasant and courteous 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
