On behalf of our client, a service provider specializing in international tax, corporate, trust, and fiduciary services, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator, to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs corporate administration of BVI, other offshore and Cyprus companies
- Supervises and manages tasks within the corporate department
- Handles company formations
- Prepares and submits applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
- Maintains corporate registers and assists with company restructuring and liquidations
- Collects and reviews client’s KYC documentation
- Communicates directly with clients and associates, attending necessary meetings
- Drafts corporate documents for client companies
- Maintains databases and filing records
- Liaises with foreign agents for the administration of BVI and other offshore companies
Job Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience working in a law firm, corporate services provider, or fiduciary firm
- Demonstrated expertise in the incorporation of Cyprus, BVI, and other offshore entities (e.g., Seychelles, Belize, Marshall Islands)
- Well-versed in the regulatory frameworks of BVI and various offshore jurisdictions
- Hands-on experience with company registrars and regulatory submissions in offshore locations
- Fluent in both English and Greek
- Skilled in using MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, strong time management, and a high level of professional integrity
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance practices
- Proficient in corporate administration software such as EBOS, Quorum, NavOne, Viewpoint, or equivalent systems
