On behalf of our client, an innovative boutique law firm, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator, to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies
- Prepares and files corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings
- Manages corporate records and ensures timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities
- Handles client communication and coordinates with third-party providers on corporate-related matters
- Maintains and updates internal CRM and document management systems
- Liaises with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies
- Manages UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance
- Supports day-to-day client interactions and ensures high-quality service standards
Job Requirements:
- A good knowledge of corporate services activities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, with good time management and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
