Senior Corporate Administrator

On behalf of our client, an innovative boutique law firm, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator, to be based at their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies
  • Prepares and files corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings
  • Manages corporate records and ensures timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities
  • Handles client communication and coordinates with third-party providers on corporate-related matters
  • Maintains and updates internal CRM and document management systems
  • Liaises with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies
  • Manages UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance
  • Supports day-to-day client interactions and ensures high-quality service standards

Job Requirements:

  • A good knowledge of corporate services activities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, with good time management and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
