On behalf of our client, an IT solution provider, we are looking for a Senior IT Administrator, to be based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Provides technical support to end-users, addressing applications, network connectivity, and IT equipment issues
- Manages user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies
- Maintains an inventory of IT assets
- Stays updated with the latest IT trends and technologies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of computer systems, networking, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
