On behalf of our client, a well-established group that specializes in electronic engineering, we are looking for a Senior Photovoltaic System (Solar) Technician to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Supervision of assembling and installation of solar panels
- Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customers’ needs and expectations
- Inspects electrical installation and wiring
- Tests operating voltages; calibrates to ensure systems are within acceptable power limits
- Collaborates with associates to ensure that we meet customer expectations
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation, electrical wiring and equipment
- Ability to read building plans, equipment manuals
- Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels
- Previous experience within the renewable energy industry will be considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Criminal record
