On behalf of our client, an experienced Advertising and Marketing agency, we are on the lookout for a Social Media Specialist, to be based in their offices in Limassol.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes a content strategy aligned with the customer’s brand goals and target audience
- Creates original content, sources relevant content, and coordinating visuals, videos, and written materials
- Manages various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) effectively.
- Engages with the audience, responds to comments and inquiries
- Plans and executes Social Media campaigns i.e., paid advertising, promotions, and collaborations
- Monitors and analyzes Social Media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies
- Responsible to follow current social media trends and adapts strategies accordingly
- Cultivates relationships with the customers’ brand advocates and influencers to amplify the brand reach
- Cooperates with the graphics’ team to produce content
- Collaborates with other departments i.e., marketing, sales, PR, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient command of both the Greek and English languages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and paid advertising campaigns on Social Media
- Adaptability to changing trends of Social Media tools
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
