Software QA & Customer Success Specialist

On behalf of our client, a software development and consulting firm we are looking for QA & Customer Success Specialist to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Validates product features against business and functional requirements
  • Identifies, document, and track bugs, providing actionable feedback to developers
  • Assists in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software updates meet client needs before deployment
  • Ensures the software delivers an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on software developments, bug resolutions, and support inquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Conducts user training sessions and onboarding for new clients
  • Maintains and updates client-facing documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Responsible to explain software features and functionality to clients to help them achieve their business goals
  • Provides expert guidance on best practices for software usage.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Product Quality Assurance (QA) Testing and Customer Support
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital Payments and Cards Industry would be a significant advantage
  • A Software Development background is not required but is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Good command of the Greek language is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
