Store Brand Manager

On behalf of our Client, an innovative design and manufacturing company, we are looking for a Store Brand Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivers excellent service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for hiring and training new staff.
  • Implements business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, increase external business, and enhance profitability and work based on Franchising standards and continual improvement of KPIs.
  • Responds to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensures store compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develops and manages promotional material, in-store displays, and prompt and efficient stock replenishment.
  • Undertakes store administration duties, such as managing store budgets and updating financial records and cash flow.
  • Supervises marketing activities, offline and digital, in close cooperation with the headquarters and cooperating agencies.
  • Organizes workshops, parties, school visits and other events within the store & outside and provides feedback to headquarters for modification and improvements for all aspects of operations.
  • Responsible for the cash machines (POS) operation and the rest of the software to ensure the centre’s smooth performance/functioning.
  • Collaborates with key external partners, such as hotels, offshore companies, schools etc., to provide them with the Company’s education services.

Main Requirements

  • University Degree in any field 
  • Master’s degree such as an MBA, or a Degree in Education, Science or Engineering will be considered as an advantage.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in either the edutainment sector or the consumer retail industry. 
  • At least 5 years of experience working within the retail industry in a managerial role is required.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language
