Talent Acquisition Executive

On behalf of our Client, a leading Forex company with offices around the world, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to be based at their offices in Cyprus (Nicosia or Limassol) or in Greece (Athens).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Chief HR Officer for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process
  • Contributes to continuously evolving recruitment processes and reviews processes to identify and attract top talents
  • Reviews and analyses international recruitment trends to design a forward-looking, best in class executive recruitment strategy
  • Provides suggestions on strengthening and develops the company’s employment brand
  • Works closely with the team leaders to understand their strategic objectives and hiring needs, and defines sourcing strategies
  • Uses contemporary sourcing strategies for talent attraction
  • Performs CV screening, conducts in-depth interviews and makes recommendations to the business
  • Develops and runs assessment centres
  • Maintains recruitment database updated
  • Delivers results with minimal supervision, and effectively manages multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieves high levels of internal customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, Occupational Psychology or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter
  • CIPD qualification will be considered an advantage
  • Resourceful with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Business acumen

  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment 
  • Technically strong with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Exelsys online recruitment software will be considered an advantage
