On behalf of our client, a fast-growing Information & Technology Solutions & Services provider, we are looking for a Technical Analyst to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages detailed specifications for banking systems, ensuring they meet business requirements
- Conducts comprehensive analyses of system requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Proposes and documents solutions to optimize the systems’ functionalities
- Maintains a detailed documentation of system specifications, requirements, and design processes
- Engages with key stakeholders across various units to gather input, gain buy-in, and communicate project progress and outcomes
- Facilitates change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new system specifications
- Provides training and support to staff as needed
- Works together with data analytics and Business Process teams to establish metrics and KPIs
- Identifies the potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical analysis, system specification management, or a related field, preferably within the banking sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in creating and managing system specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with banking systems and related technologies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
