On behalf of our a client, an experienced construction company, we are looking for a Technical Director, to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains proper and efficient organization, manages and supervises the activities of the construction sites and the operating department of the company
- Ensures the smooth processing of the tasks and with immediate resolution of technical issues
- Adheres to the decisions implemented by the management and informs it of the progress made in their execution
- Executes administration and supervision of the company’s technical department, including planning, organization, guidance, coordination and control of work and personnel
Job Requirements
- Withholds a Contractor License Class B in Technical and Construction Works (at least) recognized by the Council of Contractors
- At least ten years of experience in a responsible position, of which at least five years of administrative and/or supervisory experience in administrative/supervisory tasks, including planning, organization, guidance, coordination and control of tasks and personnel
- Excellent command of the Greek and English
- High managerial/administrative and organizational skills
