Training Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a group of companies that specialize in maritime, industrial and satellite communication services, oil and gas/ renewable energy pursuits, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates new LMS accounts for future customers and linking them to OLG principal account
  • Raises tickets to Adobe support team and following up on final outcome
  • Registers client support cases to OneNet Support system
  • Monitors distribution of OLG boxes/VMs to Customers keeping records of dispatching for ad-hoc checking and status reporting purposes.
  • Communicates with Customers for identifying convenient ports for OLG box/ VM distribution
  • Provides 1st tier support to OLG customers 
  • Creates SAFs in Navision accounting systems and places orders to OneNet orders team
  • Corporates with OneNet accounts department for monthly invoices
  • Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, and other data
  • |Participates in client meetings taking minutes of meetings and following up on the plan of action
  • Assists the Customer Success Manager with any ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Job Requirements

  • University degree any relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language (both oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
