On behalf of our client, a leading shipping company, we are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and coordinating warehouse operations.
- Supervises warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinates logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitors inventory levels and ensures accurate stock records.
- Supervises and trains warehouse staff to optimize productivity and performance.
- Supports the logistics team in managing transport schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Implements and upholds health and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
- Enforces health and safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Coasting and invoicing for warehouse operations
- Addresses and resolves any operational issues or delays.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics planning.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
