On behalf of our Client, a multinational business process outsourcing provider, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative (French Speaking) to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Being part of a team specialized in offering excellent customer support through written and phone communication
  • Answers players’ phone calls 
  • Answers and handles e-mails and chats, related to their console/network query’s
  • Troubleshoots the care and use of appliances using operation manuals, product specification sheets, and assorted tools over the phone
  • Assists consumers in setting up service repair for their appliances, checks the availability of technicians, and makes appointments for service calls
  • Facilitates resolution for consumers’ issues and logs the information into the consumer’s account
  • Meets and exceeds company’s service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Be responsible to follow the direction of the management and provide feedback 

Main Requirements

  • Native or proficient-level of French
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with internal programs and new software
  • Clear Criminal Record

Electrical Technician/Engineer

Electrical Technician/Engineer

On behalf of our Client, Cyprus’s leading home and commercial technology integrator, we are looking for an Electrical Technician/Engineer to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be trained to

  • Perform construction and maintenance of both electrical and photovoltaic installations
  • Manage and organize the installation and maintenance of both electrical and photovoltaic installations 
  • Manage, organize, and implement security systems installation
  • Review and understand business services, products, and features
  • Participate in training courses for new business products and services
  • Assist in any other related duties as assigned

Main Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Electrical Engineering will be considered an advantage but not mandatory
  • Qualified member of ETEK 
  • 2-3 years of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of both Greek and English
  • Certificate of Competency of an Electrical Engineer by The Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services, will be considered an advantage 
  • License for Contracting Electrical Installations by The Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services
  • Completion of Military Service obligations 
  • Holder of a Driving License (Category “B”)
  • Clean Criminal Record 
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
