On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for an Accountant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates accounting records via accounting software SAP
- Prepares and maintains ad-hoc reports
- Manages reconciliations (cash, banks, receivables, payables, taxes)
- Liaises with creditors and debtors
- Directly responsible for VAT-related tasks
- Contributes to the statutory compliance (Financial Statements, Tax Compliance, External Audit, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
- Holder of LCCI Higher or GCE A’ Level
- IT Literate and knowledge of Excel
- Good command of the Greek and English language
- In the process of obtaining AAT/CAT/ACCA, will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience with Tax and VAT, will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience with SAP accounting software, will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
