Administrative Assistant

On behalf of our client, a worldwide shipping company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (and claim for reimbursements where applicable)
  • Monitors and distributes incoming correspondence
  • Maintains a professional and organized work environment, including ordering office supplies and managing stocks
  • Maintains a digital management system 
  • Organizes and schedules appointments 
  • Coordinates meetings and assists with planning of conferences and events
  • Prepares various documents, correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Receives and welcomes guests in a professional manner
  • Performs any additional clerical duties assigned by the executives and senior staff

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but not a requirement
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English (Greek language will be considered an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of autonomy, initiative and independence
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential
