On behalf of our client, a worldwide shipping company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (and claim for reimbursements where applicable)
- Monitors and distributes incoming correspondence
- Maintains a professional and organized work environment, including ordering office supplies and managing stocks
- Maintains a digital management system
- Organizes and schedules appointments
- Coordinates meetings and assists with planning of conferences and events
- Prepares various documents, correspondence, presentations and reports
- Receives and welcomes guests in a professional manner
- Performs any additional clerical duties assigned by the executives and senior staff
Job Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but not a requirement
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English (Greek language will be considered an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of autonomy, initiative and independence
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential
