On behalf of our client, an established and innovative architectural firm, we are looking for an Architect to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares drawings and presents ideas for reviewing
- Develops final construction plans that show the buildings appearance as well as details for construction
- Follows building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and planning laws
- Makes the necessary changes through the planning process
- Ensures the supervision of projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 5-7 years of architectural experience
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Proficiency in, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work under indirect supervision
