On behalf of our client, a well-established group that specializes in electronic engineering, we are looking for an Automation Engineer (KNX Specialist) to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops KNX-based automation systems (lighting, HVAC, shading, etc.)
- Prepares system architecture, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Programs and configures KNX devices using ETS software
- Executes installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots system issues efficiently
- Collaborates with electrical engineers, installers, and clients
- Provides technical support and training to clients where required
- Ensures projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Proven experience with KNX systems (design, installation, and programming)
- Strong knowledge of ETS software
- Good understanding of electrical systems and building automation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
