Business Developer

On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Business Developer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provides strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
  • Performs market research to identify new opportunities and engages with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
  • Creates and improves proposals for existing and new clients
  • Prepares the company budget and continually tracks expenses
  • Ensures that the company is on course to meet its revenue goals
  • Provides training and mentoring to members of the business development team
  • Develops and delivers pitches for potential investors
  • Generates new leads by networking with investors and other business partners
  • Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in Business Development, ideally in the Latin-American market
  • Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 will be a definite plus
  • Fluent Spanish and very good English
  • Spanish will be considered as an advantage
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Robust interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions
