Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most respected property development and management firm, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds, develops, and maintains strong professional business relationships with clients mainly by phone, email, and social networks
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospective activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Explores all market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.
  • Communicates effectively with business owners, decision-makers, potential buyers, and associates in a professional manner
  • Handles the negotiations surrounding the sale and purchase of the real estate, creating, developing, and exploiting commercial opportunities to increase the company’s revenue through existing and potential new clients.
  • Travels abroad to attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events, and presentations
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Reports to the Sales Director

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or any other related to Sales
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language ( both written and spoken)
  • At least 4 years of proven working experience in a Business Development/ Sales position or relevant role
  • Proven sales track record in any field in developing marketing and sales network locally and internationally
  • Computer and MS Literate 
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Time management and planning skills
