Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develops and executes strategies to promote the company’s services and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Conducts market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiates and closes deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
