On behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most respected property development and management firm, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Builds, develops, and maintains strong professional business relationships with clients mainly by phone, email, and social networks
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospective activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Explores all market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.
- Communicates effectively with business owners, decision-makers, potential buyers, and associates in a professional manner
- Handles the negotiations surrounding the sale and purchase of the real estate, creating, developing, and exploiting commercial opportunities to increase the company’s revenue through existing and potential new clients.
- Travels abroad to attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
- Represents the company at trade exhibitions, events, and presentations
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Reports to the Sales Director
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or any other related to Sales
- Excellent command of English and Greek language ( both written and spoken)
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in a Business Development/ Sales position or relevant role
- Proven sales track record in any field in developing marketing and sales network locally and internationally
- Computer and MS Literate
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Time management and planning skills
