On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develops and executes strategies to promote the company’s services and differentiate us from competitors.
- Conducts market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiates and closes deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
