On behalf of our client, an established group of companies in real estate advisory and asset management, we are looking for a Civil Engineer to be based at their offices in Athens, Greece.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts technical studies
- Monitors the legalization process of unauthorized constructions and uses in accordance with the applicable law and issuance of the Building Identification Number (ΗΤΚ)
- Performs data analysis (maps, reports, designs, etc.)
- Stays up to date with the process of legalizing assets, revising and verifying property titles
- Provides advice and immediate resolution of problems and deficiencies.
- Conducts due diligence and feasibility technical studies
- Monitors the progress and status of ongoing projects
- Supervises subcontractors and communicating with partners
- Prepares files and overseeing tender processes
- Ensures the smooth operation of projects and their completion within budget and on schedule
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven work experience of at least two years in building permits, small-scale permits, energy certificates, legalization of unauthorized constructions (Law 4495/2017), property electronic IDs, and technical inspections.
- Knowledge of Asset Legalization procedures and Building Codes (GOK/NOK)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Civil engineering license (TEE / Technical Chamber of Greece)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
