Client Lifecycle Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Client Lifecycle Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention.
  • Analyzes client behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions.
  • Collaborates with marketing and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively.
  • Manages CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Oversees the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients.
  • Implements targeted communication and marketing campaigns for different segments of the client base.
  • Monitors and reports on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stays up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
