Corporate Associate Lawyer

On behalf of our client, an innovative boutique law firm, we are looking for a Corporate Associate Lawyer, to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the incorporation, restructuring, and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies.
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and filing corporate and legal documentation, including resolutions, shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, and statutory forms.
  • Advises clients on Cyprus corporate law matters and corporate governance requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, requiring prompt responsiveness, sound judgment, and strong technical expertise to address a wide range of day-to-day corporate matters.
  • Handles day-to-day corporate administration and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Manages corporate records and ensures the timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Manages UBO Registers, Trust Registers, AML/KYC, and Economic Substance compliance matters.
  • Manages client relationships and delivers high-quality corporate and legal support.
  • Maintains and updates internal CRM and document management systems.
  • Liaises with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.
  • Oversees corporate administration processes within the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of Law degree (LLB) with Honours.
  • Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus Company Law (Cap.113) and corporate services operations.
  • Minimum 4 years of practice experience, post training, in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred).
  • Ability to take initiatives and deliver client-focused solutions with confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
