Key Responsibilities
- Provides advice to the clients on complex legal and regulatory matters under Cyprus and EU law
- Handles demanding, time-critical transactions with international elements
- Liaises with regulators, institutional clients, corporates and high-net-worth individuals
- Provides commercially focused, high-quality legal advice aligned with clients’ strategic objectives
- Adopts a proactive, solutions-driven approach to client needs
- Contributes to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice
- Supports the development of junior members of the team and contributes to a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing
Job Requirements
- Proven experience across Corporate & Commercial law and/or related fields
- A solid understanding of cross-border transactions and international business structures
- The ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice on sophisticated matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- The capacity to manage demanding workloads within a fast-paced, high-performance setting
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and an uncompromising commitment to professional integrity
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to assume responsibility and contribute meaningfully to team development
