On behalf of our client, a law firm we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafts resolutions/minutes, loan agreements, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreements and other agreements
- Drafts legal opinions, due diligence reports and any other legal documentation might be requested and getting involved in legal projects
- Manages the companies
- Prepares the Annual General Meetings and HE32 to accompany audited financial statements
- Manages the formation of new Cyprus companies, Branches, Partnerships and Trusts
- Ensures corporate registered are updated
- Assists on the opening of bank accounts
- Fills corporate changes with Registrar of Companies and follows up
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Law (LLM, LPC or MBA will be considered as an advantage)
- At least 5 years of similar working experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language is essential
- Corporate services experience
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal staff
- Exceptional organisational skills and meeting strict deadlines
- Experience in liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other authorities
- Excellent practical knowledge of the Cyprus Companies Law
